The experience that you received when dealing with the practice is important to us. This might be a face to face appointment with your doctor or another health care professional, a telephone call or another type of practice interaction.

Out of Hours and Emergency
If the surgery is closed, and you require immediate out of hours medical advice, please dial 111.
Do not ring the surgery number when we are closed, as calls are no longer redirected automatically to the GP out of hours service.
If you have a medical emergency, please do not hesitate to dial 999.
Medical emergencies can include among other conditions:
- Loss of consciousness
- Fits, Persistent/Severe chest pain
- Breathing difficulties
- Severe bleeding that cannot be stopped
- Severe allergic reaction
- Severe burns or scalds
